Flooded Forest and Cocoa Farm

Susan took us to the flooded forest.  It was vibrantly green and pretty.  There were hardly any tourists there.  I think it was because it was kinda boring.

The organic cocoa farm was neat!  It was cool to learn about the whole process, sample all steps of the process, and see this tiny little farm turn out such delicious chocolate.  Here, they do not remove the cocoa butter when preparing their chocolate so it was smooth, creamy, and delicious without the need to add dairy.  Probably the best chocolate I've ever had!
