Fish farm
After making Vietnamese waffles and popped rice, we were off to go to our final tour of the day: THE FISH FARM YAY. There were many kinds of fish in there in many sizes, but the ones that stood out the most were the humongous carp.
Bao, our tour guide took us to feed the natural fish in the lake first. We got to throw some food in a hole in the ground and watch over 200 fish fight for it. After that we got to feed the koi fish with both fish food and ourselves. We took turns putting our feet in, and for the people who didn't want to take off their socks, they could use their hands.
Look at all those fish!
After the koi, we saw other types of fish and got to see them when our tour guides threw food into the water. We took a snack break and ate some fish balls and cucumber dipped in sauce. It was good. Last but not least, we got to see the archer fish. These fish were really cool because they are able to shoot water out of their mouths and not only that, but they were also extremely accurate. We got to hold out a cricket above the water and wait as 5 to 10 fish try to knock it out of your hand.
After that, we went back home on a boat and said goodbye to our 2nd tour guide and her 3 dogs waiting for her to come back at the dock. Bao took us back to our hotel just in time for dinner.
