Final Pho and Awesome Iced Coffee
On our last morning in Saigon, we went for pho (and durian shakes) at 6:30 am. Worth it! It was an unassuming local place near the hotel and better than the "Michelin selected" place we went to before, in my humble opinion.
We topped it off with delicious Vietnamese iced coffees, lovingly made by the owner who roasts and grinds his own beans. They were excellent and made up for Eric's atrocious Brown Cow version from the day before.
